Jacquie nos dio a todas un mismo patrón, bastante detallado, a partir del cual cada uno puede crear su propia versión, resultando tantas versiones como creadoras.

Jacquie gave us all one same pattern, which is quite detailed, and on this pattern each one can create her own version, ending up with as many versions as creators.
El trabajo debe ser sistemático, pero es a la vez libre y divertido, y terminas la clase con la sensación de haber hecho mucho y con ganas de terminarlo cuanto antes.
Work has to be done systematically, but it is at the same time freeing and great fun, and you end the class with the feeling of having progressed a lot and wanting to finish it as soon as possible.

Las escuelas de negocios enseñan que las debilidades se pueden transformar en oportunidades.
Es lo que hice cuando la tela que tenía para la parte de abajo, que era de una sábana bajera ajustable, no era suficientemente ancha. El color era perfecto, y de hecho la cantidad era suficiente, pero en trozos. También me habían sobrado unos bloques. Esta combinación me proporcionó la oportunidad. Al final, ¿qué es el patchwork sino?
Business schools teach students that weaknesses can be turned into opportunities. That's what I did when the backing fabric I had, which was from a fitted sheet, was not wide enough. The colour was perfect, and the amount enough, but in chunks. I also had block leftovers. This combination provided the opportunity. In the end, what is patchwork if not?
Y por último el acolchado, con el que me lo pasé muy bien!! Rayos saliendo de la explosión de la supernova, con burbujas hirvientes que se alejan del centro. Ja!
And lastly I had a great time quilting it. Rays coming from the supernova explosion, with boiling bubbles coming away from the centre. Ha!
Aquí estamos en SOQS 2015 (Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show). Nos encontramos por la calle y nos sacamos una foto. Jacquie es una persona dinámica, divertida y alegre, que te contagia entusiasmo.
And here we are at the 2015 SOQS (Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show). We met in the street and took a photo. Jacquie is a very dynamic, cheerful person, great fun to be with, and her enthusiasm is contagious.
Ahora es primavera aquí, y bajo el sol, las flores combinan bien con los colores de mi supernova. 
It's spring here now, and under the sun, the flowers combine well with the colours of my supernova.
